Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Neha Aggarwal, Nehacouture Im The Playce Mall, Alte Potsdamerstr 7, 10785 Berlin, Germany, phone: +49 151 75316266, email: nehacoutureberlin@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer's individual choice, or are clearly personalised (e.g. made-to-measure clothing or garments altered at your request);
for the supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. fresh flowers, garlands and gajras).

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts

for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened food, cosmetics and henna).

Trying on and worn clothes

You may try on clothes the way you would in a shop. Please keep all tags attached while doing so.

If an item has been worn beyond that and shows signs of use as a result, such as dirt, stains, make-up, deodorant or perfume marks, body odour or removed tags, we will deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. If the item can no longer be sold for hygiene reasons, the deduction can be up to the full purchase price. We'll tell you first, with photos, and offer to send the item back to you at your cost.

Returns and exchanges at the showroom

Within the withdrawal period you can also return or exchange Neha Couture items in person at our showroom (Nehacouture Im The Playce Mall, Alte Potsdamerstr 7, 10785 Berlin (address details: first basement level (Erstes Untergeschoss), between Saku and Comebuy); Mon–Sat 10:00–20:00). Returns by post go to the same address.

Defects and statutory warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us via WhatsApp (+49 151 75316266) or email. Photos of the item and the packaging help us solve it quickly. For defective items, we cover the return shipping cost.

Return tips

We recommend an insured, tracked service (e.g. DHL).
Please include your order number.

Grocery, flowers & other items from the Hamburg unit

Excluded from withdrawal: perishable food, fresh fruit and vegetables, chilled and frozen products, goods with a short shelf life, fresh flowers, opened sealed products and items made to the customer's specifications. Unopened items with a long shelf life are covered by the right of withdrawal above.

Complaints: if you receive a wrong, damaged, already expired or incomplete item, if the packaging is damaged or not properly sealed, or if the item differs significantly from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if possible, via WhatsApp (+49 151 75316266) or email (nehacoutureberlin@gmail.com). Include your order number, a short description and, if possible, photos of the product and packaging. Depending on the case, we'll offer a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund. The requested 48-hour period does not limit your statutory rights.

Cancellation: orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours, as long as they have not yet been packed or shipped.
