If you received a DEFECTIVE/ WRONG PRODUCT, you may return your purchase for a refund/exchange within 1 day of order delivery.
To make a return, share the PROPER UNBOXING VIDEO of the order on WhatsApp @ +4915175316266, email neha2008.21@gmail.com and please make sure to include the reason for your return. We don't accept any size related returns or exchange. Also, make sure to open the packet after showing the label in the video and unbox it in front of the camera and there should be no pauses in between.
Shipping Charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend return sent by DHL with shipment tracking.
We charge 10% restocking fees.
Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags (if any), cards and boxes. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRODUTS RETURNED IN A USED CONDITION.
