Pros:
The pants are not as sheer as the photo suggests, there is some opacity. They are also actually greyish yellow cream ecru colour, just as described, rather than the whitish cream suggested by the photo.
There is a line of long stitches attaching the waistband to the pants: this stitching is even and holds up.
The elastic in the back is secured with an extra line of stitching that makes it stay flat.
Cons:
The fabric is flimsier than expected, making it more of a light garment to wear at home, not a piece to style for going out.
Most surprisingly, the seam stitching is not strong: the seam thread pops and cannot handle reasonable strain. Practically speaking, doing housework or dancing would be too much for these pants to handle, but you could wear them to sit down and read, perhaps.
According to the item description, the fabric content is "88% Cotton 12% Flax," but the garment label says these pants are "100% Cotton."
The item description also says the cut shape is "straight," but both from the photos and having the pants in real life I would describe the cut as "slim": the pant legs hug the thigh and taper below the knee instead of giving a straight line from the waist to the ankle.
