Old Monk Gold Reserve 12 Years Rum is a premium aged Indian dark rum produced by Mohan Meakin. Made from molasses and matured for a minimum of 12 years in oak barrels, it offers a richer and more refined profile than the classic 7-year expression. 

Its flavour profile combines caramel, vanilla and oak with dried fruit, cinnamon, clove and dark chocolate notes. The result is a smooth, full-bodied rum with a slightly drier, gently spiced finish.
