Base & Metalwork: The entire set is crafted with highly detailed, antique gold-toned or silver-plated filigree metalwork. It is densely encrusted with uncut diamonds (Polki) or clear stones set in foil (Kundan technique), which gives it a shimmering, textured background.
Core Gemstones: The focal points of the necklace, earrings, and tikka feature large, pear-shaped (teardrop) emerald-green cabochon stones surrounded by halos of clear stones. The center of the necklace also anchors a prominent, clear portrait-cut stone.
Beadwork and Droplets: The outer borders of all pieces are adorned with a cascading fringe of alternating polished ruby-red and emerald-green gemstone beads. Each bead is capped with tiny pearls, adding motion and a classic contrast to the structured metalwork.
Necklace Structure: The necklace is a wide, curved bib or collar style that contours the neckline. It transitions into a thick, adjustable gold-threaded cord (dori) at the back, which is traditional for securing heavy Indian jewelry.
